Ok this is funny..NETS rewards(The company that runs the online branch of NETS) just sent me 2 vouchers for compensation due to inconvinience caused my wrongly personalising my email...
I noted the mistake but I didn't really care...Heck..I didn't even bother to tell them that they had got my name wrong..not sure why they are being so nice..it's not as if I will sue them...
The fun part is one voucher entitles me to a complimentary makeover and photoshoot at the Image Consultancy Firm 'Naughty by Nature' ...no minimum purchasing required and FOC for the makeover...my father would say its all nonsense and more money is needed but it sounds rather tempting to me...
I don't think I really need it so does anyone want it? Any ideas on what to do with it? The voucher expires on the 31st March so some prompt suggestions would be appreciated..heh

Oh yea..the Chinese New Year period is in full swing and the good times are flowing..
Had a little too much to drink during last night and I passed out almost immediately..the lethal effects of alcohol..heh..stay away from Vodka is my advice for today...

Just received a reality check today.
My Enlistment Notice for National Service has come...and I still imagined myself being a 12 year old kid..now I have to submit myself to the horrors of the CMPB..
The medical examination is next. At least my brother has gone through it first and is able to relive the experience there..(eg. Checking of manhood..etc)
Gotta remember the period for enlistment..1st of Feb to the 22nd..miss that period and its straight to Changi for a Government paid vacation...
Depressing news aside, Happy CNY to everybody!

I hope you guys can understand why I did what I did..
It is definitely no fun living in oblivion and as they say, 'the truth will set you free'.
I hope that is certainly the case.
Just a couple of days more to CNY but me and CM are looking forward to another event.

Unfortunately, we have not gotten any dates yes...yeah I know..the other guys who have girlfriends will be smirking away but I don't really care..

It seems nowadays that the weekends end so fast...I can never make them last..
Bah.
At least chinese new year is fast approaching..looking forward to the good ol' red packets and glorious food..the break is helpful as well..hehe..
Then comes the nightmare..tests and assignments all after the CNY...the JC teachers sure know how to torture students...they should embrace the chinese spirit more..toy know like give less homework and more money...or even better..take a 7 day sick leave to 'bask' in the glory of the dog year..

Ok..back to blogging..what can I say about today?
Hmmm..yea I wore my extremely old Total 90 Nike street soccer shoes today..extremely tight and they made me look very 'outstanding'..dunping them soon for my new Converse sneakers...
I kinda like the blue and silver of my Total 90 though..just lost some of the gloss due to storage..
Hope my shoes are dressed to impress...don't really see much people in SAJC wearing Converse sneaks...may not be a good sign..
Received some cool comments from my classmates in the form of a 'testimonial sheet'..I guess I will be answering the questions listed there on my blog but..

1.)I think all guys from SJI are gay
I can't explain why the desire to cling to this fact. Maybe its because of what my father said or what I see and hear from 'certain' SJI boys..I mean they all keep talking about how cute they are..ok that part isn't true but..hey what you looking at me like that? Yes you..the one with the SJI unifrom..don't like what I said? Then come down and settle lah..my address is Blk 142 Potong Pasir and I won't be there to greet your whole gang of 'unique' boys..the policemen at the NPC may be interested though..
2.)I only like girls from 2 certain schools
Can anyone guess what schools they are? I think only a privilleged few know about this..ahh I should just say what they are..I mean this is a blog and no one will know and blah blah blah...Crescent's and Dunman High...why? Cos I have had some good experiences with the girls from these 2 schools..and no perveted thoughts...experiences do not necesssarily refer to ahem..you know...and I'm not like someone, I don't know who...someone who has 'references' to many many many schools... :p
3.)I hate losing my friends
I have already lost a couple last year..don't want to lose anymore this year...the pain is much too hard to bear...I will definitely try with all my strength to prevent any such occurences this year...
4.)I'm slightly metrosexual
I know you guys won't believe this but its true..I can tend to be 'female' in certain situations..you guys just have to find out what situations they are...
5.)I believe in greatness
I know I'm destined for greatness..whether its one of fame or infamy, I'm ready to embrace it.. Prime Minister or Dictator... Star Volunteer or Serial Killer...Commander in Chief or Terrorist Supremo...I'm already there..

Arghh..how 'suay' can I get? Just 2 days into the new school term and I'm already with an illness.. Gastric flu..the doctor calls it...extensive pain in the upper abdomen and bad enough to cripple any movement..
How on earth did I contract this...and just when I thought my luck was improving...
Oh well, the one day's rest at home is always welcome...guess I'll head back to school tomorrow..
On a lighter note, a couple of girls came to my house to collect used newspapers..they were from the orientation group for this year's SAJC JC1s..and I can only say that the bar has indeed been raised..if only I had been born a year later...they found my cat cute too..lol...
