Woohoo! The prelims are finally over......what a arduous 3 weeks it has been.....sleep deprivation and post exam trauma has affected me but I can finally sleep soundly tonight...knowing that my badminton doubles partnership with Wei Hao has finally paid dividends and that today's badminton match is a first of many to come...
Its was an amazing game of badminton....we managed to beat the doubles team of David and Ker Han at least 6 times and we managed to hold Tin An and Daniel Chia at 13-12 during the second set before we succumbed to the pressure and probably the fatigue...it was fun watching them get frustrated at their inability to claim the last 2 points which would finish the match and end the game.... Not to take any credit away from Wei Hao but I managed to salvage most of the points in the match...and my smashing technique finally works...good times are coming... :D
Its kinda wierd having no prelims during the month of September as most schools are having theirs during September.....they are so busy and we are so free....I'll bet they must be envious of us....

Well....after reading Wei Hao's blog, I must say that he is a extremely patriotic Singaporean....in his last post, he defended the results of our sportsmen and women in the Olympics even though they were really crappy results.....of course there 2 exceptions...one of them being Susilo and the other, Jia Wei.....their results were slightly better than average...but in the end winning is what really counts....
You can keep talking about their determination, peserverance....blah blah blah etc......Personally, I believe that they could have done better... but as they as..winning is not everything....IT IS THE ONLY THING!...muahahah....winning isn't everything but losing TOTALLY SUCKS.......
So the next Olympic Games await in Beijing....lets hope our quest for a medal ends there....

Oh my god...what a Klutz I am...I wrote a post on the 18th of August and instead of clicking the "Publish Post" button, I clicked on the "save as draft" button instead.....sheesh... as compensation to all my loyal blog readers, I will now update my blog once again...
The final week of the prelims is approaching but it will be the most hectic week...2 papers every day and most of them are science papers....really stressful but I am looking forward to Badminton again...the badminton gang will be having a game on the last day of the prelims...which is on next friday....I can't wait...its been such a long time since I handled a badminton racket...lol
Wish me luck for the final week.....and maybe I won't have to go to the Millenium Institute for the first 3 months.....

Miaorrrr....the cat is back lol.....this period of preliminary examainations is rather wierd as it gives as a whole 3 weeks to study for all our subjects...not that I am complaining of course...thanks to the 3 science practicals, all my science grades will be downgraded...sheesh....I got a miserable C5 for my chinese o's...but I am not gonna retake...its not worth it...
The English O' level oral examination was kinda interesting...the issues of marriage and grandparents came out....it was not easy trying to come up with some ideas but I made it...hopefully, a distinction will come my way....

Poor Chong Ming....because of his constant pinching, I stabbed his hand with my mechanical pencil, resulting in some blood loss....I can be so ruthless at times...guess he deserved it.. :D
I hope tomorrow's PE will be fun....I am kinda bored and the stress of the prelims have really accumulated to an untoleratable level....some physical education would do some good...
Slept through the entire chinese period today...thankfully Mrs Ng did not wake me up and she was kind enough to allow the entire class to spend the last 20 mins of her lesson to do our own stuff...such a act of kindness is very rare indeed....
Snorezzzzz.......I need more sleep...

Whew...another update....thanks to the unknown wireless connection in my bedroom, I am now able to surf the net on the comfort of my bed...blogging has therefore become a much more pleasurable task...
Right now, Wei Hao seems rather addicted to CS...better concentrate on your prelims first bro...after that, you can then spend a little more time on the computer....I guess I should also practise what I preach...
To my disappointment, I found out that the IT Club did not nominate any Sec 4 seniors for the Certificate of Merit award( CCA). I was hoping so much that my name would be on the list of recipients attaining this award. Maybe because I love the free buffet lunches....lol
Oh well....time to end the post...sleep well and look forward to another day of mugging... :P
